Sharing my story with students and teachers has always been a passion for me. For the past few years I have attempted to speak as often as I could to those interested in hearing my story. Do to my age my time to speak with students and teachers continues to be more restricted.
We now have a service learning exhibit that is available for schools to learn of my story and that of 13 other last survivors of WWI. The project has been traveling the Nation and has touched thousands of lives which humbles me. If you are interested in seeing the exhibit please watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaVJGE46gNY&feature=channel_page
The exhibit is available for schools and museums and serves to help in my dream for a National WWI Memorial in Washington DC. Perhaps with your help America can unite once again for a common cause.
